Deanna Koski was first elected to the City Council in 1989. She completed Levels I, II and III of the Elected Officials Academy through the Michigan Municipal League (MML) and has put that experience to work for the residents of Sterling Heights for over 36 years.

In addition to her 36 years of service to the residents of Sterling Heights, Deanna has had a long, professional career.
After earning her Associate Degree as a legal assistant from Macomb Community College, Deanna moved on to work in the Real Estate Industry.
Although she has since retired, she holds a Real Estate Brokers License.
